Il\/elle assurera l\u2019identification et le d\u00e9veloppement des opportunit\u00e9s, de la prospection \u00e0 l\u2019attribution des mandats, en veillant au maintien de relations durables avec les clients strat\u00e9giques et \u00e0 la mise en march\u00e9 des expertises de Synectiq.[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h3>Responsabilit\u00e9s Principales :<\/h3>\n<p><strong>D\u00e9veloppement des affaires et acquisition de nouveaux clients\u00a0: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifier, qualifier et saisir les nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s d&rsquo;affaires sur les march\u00e9s minier, m\u00e9tallurgique et industriel ;<\/li>\n<li>B\u00e2tir et maintenir un pipeline structur\u00e9 des clients potentiels;<\/li>\n<li>Assurer un suivi rigoureux de chaque opportunit\u00e9 de la qualification \u00e0 la conclusion ;<\/li>\n<li>Mener des analyses de march\u00e9 et de la concurrence pour rep\u00e9rer les zones de croissance prioritaires ;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9laborer et d\u00e9ployer des strat\u00e9gies de prospection cibl\u00e9es, adapt\u00e9es aux segments et aux cycles de d\u00e9cision propres au secteur minier ;<\/li>\n<li>Produire des pr\u00e9visions mensuelles et trimestrielles fiables sur le pipeline et les revenus anticip\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Engagement client et pr\u00e9sentation des capacit\u00e9s\u00a0: adapt\u00e9s;<\/li>\n<li>Livrer des pr\u00e9sentations percutantes aux d\u00e9cideurs : direction de projet, VP, dirigeants d&rsquo;entreprises mini\u00e8res et EPCistes;<\/li>\n<li>Recueillir activement la r\u00e9troaction des clients pour d\u00e9celer de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s de croissance et affiner le positionnement de l&rsquo;offre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Gestion des soumissions et des appels d\u2019offres\u00a0: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prendre en charge le cycle complet de la proposition : qualification de l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9, strat\u00e9gie de capture, th\u00e8mes gagnants, r\u00e9daction, r\u00e9vision, tarification et structure commerciale;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborer \u00e9troitement avec les \u00e9quipes techniques, d&rsquo;estimation et d&rsquo;op\u00e9rations pour d\u00e9velopper des soumissions comp\u00e9titives et align\u00e9es aux attentes du client;<\/li>\n<li>G\u00e9rer les d\u00e9lais, les budgets de soumission et les approbations internes;<\/li>\n<li>Soutenir les n\u00e9gociations contractuelles et accompagner le dossier jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la d&rsquo;engagement \u00e0 long terme pour chaque compte cl\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>Agir comme point de contact privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 entre le client et les \u00e9quipes techniques internes;<\/li>\n<li>Garantir un arrimage fluide entre les attentes du client et les livrables de Synectiq;<\/li>\n<li>Suivre les indicateurs de performance du pipeline et du portefeuille client de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Repr\u00e9sentation sectorielle et rayonnement de la marque Synectiq\u00a0: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Repr\u00e9senter Synectiq lors des congr\u00e8s, salons et \u00e9v\u00e9nements cl\u00e9s de l&rsquo;industrie (PDAC, CIM Convention, Qu\u00e9bec Mines, forums de l&rsquo;AMQ, et autres);<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9velopper et entretenir un r\u00e9seau professionnel solide aupr\u00e8s des ing\u00e9nieurs, g\u00e9ologues, responsables de projets, d\u00e9cideurs clients et partenaires strat\u00e9giques;<\/li>\n<li>Contribuer \u00e0 en administration (une formation en g\u00e9nie est un atout d\u00e9terminant.);<\/li>\n<li>5 \u00e0 8 ans d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience en d\u00e9veloppement des affaires, ventes techniques ou gestion de comptes dans le secteur minier, m\u00e9tallurgique ou du g\u00e9nie-conseil industriel;<\/li>\n<li>Bilan d\u00e9montr\u00e9 de contribution \u00e0 l&rsquo;obtention de mandats de services professionnels ou de contrats d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie;<\/li>\n<li>Connaissance du cycle de vie des projets miniers (exploration, faisabilit\u00e9, ing\u00e9nierie de base et d\u00e9taill\u00e9e,
