Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablisse et applique les meilleures pratiques de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie dans le cadre normal de ses affaires ;<\/li>\n<li>Participer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution et au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019outils internes ou de d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019outils externes afin d\u2019optimiser la productivit\u00e9 et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 afin que celle-ci demeure comp\u00e9titive avec ses pairs;<\/li>\n<li>Promouvoir le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel et une culture d\u2019entreprise ax\u00e9e sur l\u2019innovation, la collaboration et la productivit\u00e9 ;<\/li>\n<li>Identifier les besoins en personnel et participer au recrutement, \u00e0 la formation et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9valuation des employ\u00e9s;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9tablir et surveiller les budgets pour les projets du d\u00e9partement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ing\u00e9nierie et projets<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planifier, coordonner et superviser les activit\u00e9s de g\u00e9nie civil (terrassement et b\u00e9ton), structure et architecture;<\/li>\n<li>Assurer la conformit\u00e9 des projets aux normes techniques, r\u00e9glementations locales et aux exigences contractuelles;<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9valuer et approuver les plans, dessins et sp\u00e9cifications techniques;<\/li>\n<li>Diriger, encadrer et motiver les membres des \u00e9quipes d\u2019ing\u00e9nierie et de projet;<\/li>\n<li>Favoriser une communication efficace et une collaboration interdisciplinaire;<\/li>\n<li>Collaborer avec les d\u00e9partements connexes (ex\u00a0: m\u00e9canique, \u00e9lectrique, tuyauterie) pour assurer l\u2019int\u00e9gration des solutions techniques;<\/li>\n<li>Servir de point de contact principal pour les clients, consultants et sous-traitants, en assurant la communication r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et la satisfaction de tous;<\/li>\n<li>Participer aux r\u00e9unions de coordination avec les clients, les partenaires et les sous-traitants;<\/li>\n<li>Mettre en poste<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00e9tudes universitaires (BAC) en g\u00e9nie civil ou tout autre domaine pertinent.<\/li>\n<li>Un minimum de 5 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience, de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence dans l\u2019industrie mini\u00e8re ou de l\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/li>\n<li>\u00catre membre de l\u2019Ordre des ing\u00e9nieurs du Qu\u00e9bec (O.I.Q).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Comp\u00e9tences Techniques :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ma\u00eetrise des logiciels de planification comme Primavera P6 et MS Project<\/li>\n<li>Ma\u00eetrise du fran\u00e7ais et anglais parl\u00e9s et \u00e9crits.<\/li>\n<li>La connaissance d\u2019une autre langue, surtout de l\u2019espagnol, est un atout.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Comp\u00e9tences
