Synectiq is helping the client define the scope of the project before launching a feasibility study. More specifically, we are in charge of the overall project management and the technical management of the study. This includes defining and implementing technical workflows with internal and external collaborators to support the upcoming feasibility study and environment assessment, while also laying the groundwork for the project management structure for the environmental assessment. We are also assisting the client’s management team for their environmental, social, and permitting strategies to provide them with the technical support they need to carry out their activities.
