Background:
On November 22, 2022, Li-FT acquired a 100% interest in the Yellowknife Lithium project, consisting of mineral leases covering most of the Yellowknife Pegmatite Province (YPP). The project includes 13 lithium pegmatite systems exposed at the surface, with grades averaging 1.0%-1.2% Li2O over widths of 10 m to 30 m and strike extents of 100 to 1,800 m. The project is advantageously located near Hay River railway for spodumene concentrate transport and has road access within 60 km of Yellowknife. On October 1st, 2024, Li-FT announced the initial NI-43-101 compliant mineral resource estimate (MRE) for the Yellowknife Lithium Project. The consolidated in-pit MRE reported 50.4 Mt grading 1.00% Li2O.

Synectiq has been assisting Li-FT with metallurgical testwork support and supervision, as well as undertaking conceptual studies for the project.
